Satisfait, sauf sur le change .J'ai changé 50€ et j'ai eu en retour 72 dollars fidgiens.Le taux étant de 2,27 le voir passer à 1,46 m'a interloqué.Je l'ai écrit sur papier et laissé à la réception.Pour tout le reste RAS,rapport qualité prix très interessant.De plus un personnel très souriant et agréable .

The fact that it's located not even 5mins walk from the main shopping was great.

Position away from main tourist areas.

No bacon, food was cold, had to make your own coffee, why not flatewhite coffee!!! no coffee machine, also head overseas visitors complaining to staff about something.

Joe at reception was great, friendly and helpful but another member of staff named Cara was so very rude and should not be in hospitality.
I stay here regularly and it is usable very good.

I liked the friendly staff
Everything was great except for my information was disclosed to some stranger like he took out information which room am staying in how I made the payments through and he was allowed to call me through the room extension like I was upset how could they disclose information without asking me.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the meals were good.
Lots of choice on the free breakfast but unfortunately they were cold every morning
