COZY LAKEFRONT CABIN Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Come out to Lake Hartwell and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of your normal everyday life. Relax on our covered single-slip dock or the screened in porch that offers beautiful views of the lake.

Our comfortable, cozy cabin offers all of the conveniences of your own home. The great room has many windows to offer views of the lake, a 50" screen 4k television, and propane logs in the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom with a king size bed is open to the great room below and the upstairs windows offer a full view of the lake from the master room. The second and third rooms are furnished with queen size beds.

As you step to the back of the house you will notice plenty of seating for guests. The Green Egg in the back is available for your grilling pleasure and the fire pit in the back yard compliments the relaxed setting.

There is a single slip covered boat dock, with electricity, at the end of the short walk to the water where you can enjoy water sports, sun bathing, fishing or anything your soul desires! For your convenience, a dock box is in place to hold floats if you prefer to relax in the water. We also have a paddle board and a tandem kayak available for your enjoyment.

Poplar Springs (5 miles drive) has a boat launch if you would like to bring your own boat to enjoy boating during your stay or you may rent a boat from Harbor Light Marina (10 miles drive). Tugaloo State Park (2 miles drive) offers hiking, kayak and canoe rental, miniature golf, volley ball, tennis and horseshoes.

This rental is 40 minutes from Clemson via I-85.

Great place
Property is exactly as advertised and pictured. We prepared and ate every meal at the house. Kitchen is well equipped. The rest of the house is comfortable and furnished with uniquely perfect items. The dock is wonderful. We enjoyed the swing. This is what I consider a great value, great accommodations at a fair price. We would definitely rent this home again.

Lake fun for teen boys and moms
The cabin was very cute and nicely decorated. We felt so at home there. My sister and I choose to stay in the loft room and it was a relaxing retreat. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for all our meal making and we used the fire pit every night. The boys practically lived on the dock. They had the best luck fishing for catfish at night. We went to the state park which is just a few minutes away. I was able to play some pickleball and we took a nice hike. We used both the paddle board and kayak on the lake and the boys were swimming everyday. We all enjoyed watching the deer pass by throughout the day.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin was so clean and beds very comfortable!! The lake was perfect for swimming or bobbing! Extra blankets and a pretty well stocked kitchen were so nice! Deer crossing the backyard in the morning and afternoon was delightful to see! What a nice get away!!

The cabin is beautiful and met all of our needs. We needed a getaway as it’s been several years due to health issues. We were there as well to go to a family reunion 20 min from the cabin. We will book again.

Perfect Escape
I have had a tough year with my apartment catching fire after it was struck by lightning and chemo, however I can finally say I am in full remission and needed a perfect little holiday escape to celebrate with my husband and children! This was an awesome stay! While stores may not be 5 minutes down the road (except for dollar general it’s everywhere!) most stores such as Walmart or Ingles are about 30-40 minutes away which is not bad at all bc the scenery there is amazing! The drive to and from Helen, Ga was not bad at all. The lake house itself was wonderful! We were able to pull out the kayak and glide on down the lake. Such a peaceful stay! The house had everything we needed and more. It did rain all day Christmas Day so I took my blanket out to the screened in porch and napped on the rocking patio chairs. It was pure bliss! An awesome escape from all the craziness in Orlando, FL.

Peace at the Lake
This lovely A-frame home has a garden and yard, a beautiful stone fireplace, a screened in porch, and a large assortment of kitchen accessories. The master suite is the star of the show and includes a pleasant sitting area. If you like the feel of a cozy wooden cabin, this is the place for you!

A wonderful getaway!
We had an amazing week at the lake. The house was everything we wanted and we loved having the lake just a short walk from the house. We spent all day fishing, floating, kayaking and paddle boarding (kayak and paddle board provided with the rental) right off the dock. There really isn’t anything else we could have wanted.

We rented this cottage to be close to a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. The location was great. It was a 5 minute drive, 2/3 mile walk, or a 50 yard swim to my nieces house where the reunion was held. It was very comfortable and had one of the best equipped kitchens of any VRBO we have ever rented. The owners were very responsive.
