Great Clean Stay

Terrible maintenance issues but staff was excellen
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe room we were assigned on Saturday and Sunday was terrible. The shower knob stripped and we couldn’t turn water off. Called front desk and they sent maintenance up. He did replace it temporarily and got the water off. He said we could take shower and we did but didn’t water stayed on hot and couldn’t change it. They moved us to another room Monday and it was better but toilet made noise like it was going to break.
The staff was excellent trying to do what they could and the rooms were clean. I didn’t get any discount for all the trouble we went through because I booked the room from hotels.com.
