I have stayed at this Motel 6 on numerous visits to Lawrence, and if you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is a solid choice. It's right off of I-70 and only a few minute drive from Mass St. (downtown Lawrence). There is always enough parking, and the motel is almost always peaceful and quiet.

There were bottles of various drinks still in the fridge as well as a partial jug of milk. There were sticky spots on the floor and could have used air freshener.

Room,& elevator, & lobby was not clean. General area not clean, not kept for motel guests.

Never ending fire alarm

It took almost 20 min for maintenance to areive, change a battery and 20 min after that battery was changed it went off again. 3 times the battery was changed before we had to change rooms butbit could still be heard down the hall. The rooms were cold and they didnt have more than sheets and a thin comforter on the beds.

Wow it is bad
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HotelsProbably the worst place I have ever stayed in. The fire alarm chirped because the battery was dead. When I called the desk they told me to just disable it because they could not fix it. The shower did not work at all and there was no plug for the drain to take a bath. The floor and bedspreads had brown stains. The mattresses were so old that when you sat on the edge of the bed you would slide to the floor. Just an awful place.

Disaster.
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsFirst room was not cleaned! Next room freezer was frozen over. Microwave stunk to to high heaven. I had clean it out myself to get rid of some of the smell. Yes the freezer had a quart of Soy milk in it. Spoiled of course. Could not fill out this form because WiFi did not work! This is not Motel 6 quality! Please remove this Motel.

Bedding and towels had holes and very thin.No soaps, and had to ask for tp.Place was very run down. NO COFFEE. Hot (warm) water if you wanted instant coffee. WILL NOT every go back there.

Club goin' up on a Monday?
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HotelsSome drunks were staying there, saw one little boy carrying a liquor bottle, looked like an employees homie possibly cause she was bickering with him. So they didn't do anything to shoo him. They were closing doors loudly and being a nuisance in general.
Door to my room was propped open when I I arrived, no one was inside so I got comfortable. My bed wasn't made and a lady phoned the room to deliver towels but they never got delivered. Overall a terrible experience, if i hadnt just drove for 13 hours I would have left (I got dressed and packed up my stuff but I really didnt want to waste the money)
The receptionist who received me was very courteous. She assisted me when I asked about parking my little trailer out of the way. Thank you Ms.
