Air conditioner not working and faucet leaked and drain slow. Did offer to change rooms but was alright for one night

There wasn't anything I didn't like, what I did like was that they were a couple of different restaurants nearby the hotel that was very convenient and you didn't have to drive because otherwise the streets of Lawrence are just crazy busy all the time, also the restaurant called 23rd Street Brewery was less than 5 minutes away which was really nice in a short drive and Texas Roadhouse is right there which is another favorite restaurant of mine and my girlfriends

Needs major updating

there for Family weekend - hotel needs major updating. covers on bed were torn in corners and bathroom was in need of a major redo as tub was stained and tiles on floor were wobbly. Staff was kind and courteous.

We had no running water in the sink. We had to use the bathtub for water to brush our teeth.

The basics were well covered; however, given the very convenient location to KU, owners should really invest in a “glow up” and not have broken handles on dresser drawers, slow shower drains, and a gym without any free weights.
