Near everything off Mass St.
Publié le 13 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayQuaint upstairs apartment in older downtown Lawrence area, just 2 short blocks from lower Mass St. We were able to walk to all the stores and restaurants downtown with ease as well as walk up the hill to the KU campus for the football game in about 15 mins. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors seemed nice. Note, the owners also use the upstairs of the house which share the A/C, so it would be good to communicate that prior to setting the air up/down.

The property was on a quiet neighborhood street two blocks from the heart of Mass Street where you'll find lots of bars and restaurants. The property was adorable and has very comfortable beds and furniture in the living area. The bathroom is huge and the shower has fantastic water pressure! Nice lighting and decor. I used one of the yoga mats they supplied for a workout as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and the owner promptly responded to all communications. I would recommend this place for your Lawrence visit.

Lovely place and great location!
Publié le 2 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place has it all! Spacious and clean rooms with lots of amenities… you will want for nothing! The host was responsive and very nice too. Wonderful location… walkable to so many places!
The only thing I would recommend is to modify the VRBO map location to be closer to the actual location (which is on Rhode Island, between 9th and 10th if you’re wondering). But this may be a maps or VRBO thing.
I would 100% stay here again!
