Waited 12-15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check in (another guest waited with me). On asking if there was a luggage cart available, was told 'they are probably upstairs..Do you expect me to go knocking on doors to find one?" Carpeting dirty--several areas in room in disrepair--holes in wallboard in bathroom. Will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The desk staff (Kami and Pam) were awesome. Answered all our questions and addressed concerns. Breakfast was great. The pool heater didn’t work so we didn’t use it. Would have liked more outlets/charging areas. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

There was hugh stains on carpet in the hall. The carpet in the room was filthy, it made my feet dirty. Let me tell you about the smell, it was horrific, it smelled like mold through out the building. The orange juice at breakfast tasted moldy, the coffee was way too strong and the biscuits were cold. We passed on breakfast the second morning. I have stayed at many Baymont's and never had this experience.

They ran out of food at breakfast. Also no Coffee.

Smelled bad, mouldy. Tiles cracked in bathroom. Luggage trolley broken. Difficulty getting online. Breakfast food was gone by 8:30 had to go out to eat. Receptionist was nice. But will never go back or recommend

The night manager was very rude. He spent more time talking to his family who were behind the counter and in the office than he did speaking with me. I had a problem with the vending machine. It didnt drop my selection. He refused to give me my money back. I tried a different selection and it did the same thing. I told him and he very rudely said. If it didn't work the 1st time why did you try it again. I explained that i tried a different selection. I suggested he put an out of order sign on machine. I never saw him go to do that. He told me he would leave a note for day shift that i had lost $4 in machine. The day clerk on duty when i went to ask about getting my money opened the drawer and gave me my money. She tol me that was what the night manager should have done also. He clearly didnt want to be bothered.
