Other than the pillows not being great, everything was awesome and we’re pretty picky about our pillows so that’s to be expected.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining and attractions. Breakfast service was excellent. Waited on by most friendly staff person. Attentive as we had young children with us.
My only complaint be floor surface in pool area. To slippery two of our family members fell.

Upon checking out, our receipt was for an amount almost $31.00 less that the amount Expedia charged to my credit card. THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS. I called the hotel and asked about the discrepancy of THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS. What I learned was that this is the amount Expedia charged to handle the booking for a one-night stay. THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS for a one-night stay! Sorry, Expedia, but not sorry. That THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS just cost you a long-time customer! The hotel was GREAT! No complaints at all. In the future, do as I plan to do and book directly with the hotel.
