Our fridge had leftovers in it - The bathroom had some of the previous persons toiletries still in it. Made us feel like the room hadn't truly been turned down before we arrived Called down to front desk and just told to throw items away and apologized

room was very good. only issue was on 4th floor whcih is a smoking floor. people kept slamming doors all throughout the night. other than that everything was fine.

Long wait time at checkin
Checkin did not start until 4 pm on Saturday night, which is fine but the hotel was very busy . We waited in line for 10 minutes and when it was my turn, outlr room was not available. She told ne to wait for 30 minutes or more. I asked for an upgrade and not available. So we waited. Got back in line about 45 minutes late and once again waited 10 mins. And room was ready. Room was fine and clean.

A nice staycation
We stayed in Lawrenceburg after a football game in Cincinnati. The Sportsbook restaurant had good food and plenty of TVs to watch sports. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and check in was faster than expected. There’s plenty of parking because they have a casino. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.

Overall beautiful hotel- needs minor updates
The ceiling vent in the bathroom desperately needs cleaning. Also, one of the bath towels was torn and frayed. This is such a beautiful hotel/resort. Hope new updates to rooms are coming soon
