Older motel, design outdated.
Bath tub unsafe. Older plastic version and bottom not secured and gives when standing on it. I almost fell twice.

The workers came in and work on the room they gave to us stay in the day before we were set to check without our permission. The water was cold even when turning it to the hottest setting. The carpet was torn up in some places and overall it was just terrible. My partner and I felt unsafe the entire stay.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIf I could give 0 stars I would. This place was beyond disgusting. I walked out loosing money wasn't in my worries. Hoping I didn't catch a disease was my only concern. Gnats, no toilet seat, cobwebs, a 2 in gap at the bottom of the door, cigarette Burns on sheets and floor and mold on the bedside lamp.

Should’ve searched a little further!
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsIt’s OK if there’s no other choice. I should have stayed across the street. I’ve stayed at the Richland Inn before and it’s very clean. Very sanitary. The Villa Inn is pretty rundown. Paint been slapped on top of chipping paint more than once and there’s no updates been done to the building in quite some time. The first thing we saw as I entered our room was a brown recluse spider crawling up the wall in the bathroom. I immediately killed it. The pest control guy was there spraying the buildings and I asked him were there problem with bedbugs, roaches, etc. He said there wasn’t. We did not see roaches, bedbugs, or the sort. But, we did see that brown recluse.. The first thing you see when you approach the building is boxes piled in the windows, and the lobby is closed because of filthiness. It literally looks like a hoarder lives in the lobby. Bad first impression!!

Dumpy hotel
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HotelsManager made me stand outside in the heat to register. The lobby is a disgusting mess.
Maybe someone that spoke English could do a better job.
Otherwise, the hotel should close.

I liked how it was close to a walmart but other than that, its a cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. No one at the window at check in. Hit the bell amd no one showed. I had to call amd see if i was at the window. The lady on the phone said "Can you not read the sign?" She then met me at the window and got me checked in. The door wouldnt shut all the way, still a small gap. The room smelled awful. Towels, wash cloths, pillow cases, and sheets were stained. Thin wore down pillows and bed. I searched for bed bugs (habit) and the mattrress was stained. The toilet had something all over it. The Fridge had liquid spilled in it. The microwave had mold growing in it. Speaking of mold, the A.C unit had black mold all in it. The curtains were tore. Again. If you have a short stay and low on cash, you get what you pay for
