Sitting on 12 acres, our house is near Finger Lakes vineyards, Pine Creek Rail Trail, Wellsboro PA, Corning Glass Museum, multiple lakes, race tracks(both Motocross and Watkins Glen International), boating, hiking, and fishing. It's amazing how many different things you can do within a 1-minute to 50-minute drive from the house. Scenic, peaceful views all year round from the deck overlooking Lake Cowanesque is the cherry on top! You don't have to go anywhere! Quiet comfort in a brand-new house with central air, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV, Starlink 5G WiFi(Over 100 mb/s), and privacy! Blackout curtains and deer roaming the property. We were with friends for a short stay in the area for a wedding. We enjoyed the cozy, well maintained house and beautiful view from the deck.

Scenic Location
This is a beautiful, relaxing setting with a nice view of the lake and mountains. It is located near the PA Grand Canyon and the little lovely town of Wellsboro. However, when we arrived, the kitchen floor had not been swept and there was dog hair and dust all over. We contacted Charlie who did respond by sending a housekeeper, but it was 2 1/2 hours after our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here.

We came for the weekend to visit family who has a cabin close by. The location was great, beautiful view. The home was clean, there were a few dead bugs around on the wood floor and in the sink but to be expected being located in the woods. Overall was very clean and would stay again.

Great location and house.
Everything was wonderful. Stayed with our 2 dogs. Path around the house was great for walks. Only disappointment was a fire pit was listed and there was none. Would definitely stay again. Lovely house.

Great little private getaway
We spent a few days here for a small Friendsgiving and had a great time. The kitchen was great and well-equipped, and as you might imagine, we very much appreciated having a full table to serve dinners. Cozy living room too, with a great TV, and very warm throughout the cold nights.

Great choice
Very nice property, house is extremely clean and feels new. Comes fully stocked and furnished, Charles has tried to think of everything you might need/need to know. Everything was very smooth. We were in town for the Wineglass Marathon, location was good for that and the value was exceptional. Very quiet location across from the lake.

We had a good time enjoying the lake. There was plenty of driveway. The house was very stocked and ready for a nice stay(even enough kitchen stuff). Nothing like sitting on the deck with a great view of the lake.

Well designed clean property
The house is well designed with every inch of space utilized. The property was new and in great shape with all the comforts we could ask for. A Well Equipped Vacation Rental with Beautiful Views and Location
This home provided just what we needed to have a great family vacation. The location was easily accessible. The views were fantastic. This area of PA is just beautiful. The kitchen amd home are well equipped. Thr homeowners are super friendly and helpful. We were able to go to the Corning Museum of Glass; Watkins Glen; the Little Grand Canyon of PA; Ithaca, NY sites; The Pennsylvania Lumber Museum; the Finger Lakes area, and even took a day trip to Niagra Falls (3 hr drive). We even enjoyed the park across the street from the house.
