Check in was quick and easy, however I had ants in my room. I called the front desk and they snet someone to the room with a spray bottle and rag and told me i had to stay out for 20 minutes. I was in the lonby area for about an hour. When i went back to the room, there were atill ants by the tv and were swarming around the corner area. I went back down to the front desk and the gentleman was sent back to my room.
The staff was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize for the inconvenience in any way. Pretty disappointed with this Hilton property
