Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was not even remotely clean. There was a roach on the kitchen counter. A bug in the tub. Some doors falling off the hinges. The bedrooms still had junk on the nightstands. On the bed they didnt make the matress pad had cigarette.burns.

Publié le 25 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace needs a lot of attention. Railing walking in is falling down. Spider webs and roaches inside. Sofa is falling apart on one side. Dirty pillows and toilet doesn’t flush right. The bathtub could use some caulking and overall remodeling. Overall 1/10

Fit Our Needs
Publié le 4 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe travel a lot and it was as expected based on reading the prior guest reviews. We had an issue logging in to the internet but they communicated immediately and got it resolved quickly. Based on the price and location we would stay her again.

Nice but dated
Publié le 22 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location was perfect and easy to get to. The house had been remodeled but still some old house issues like sticky creaky doors. Heat in bedrooms was great but kinda faded out in living room, kitchen, and dining room. Front steps were little bit of an issues for my mom and aunt to step up. The management team were easy to get in touch with and they answered back pretty quickly and handled issues with great ease. Little limited for a fully stocked kitchen. Had a coffee pot but no filters. We bought some and left for next people. There was a broom but no dust pan. We used a paper plate. All 3 beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. We would definitely come again if back up that way. The price was great but felt cleaning fee a little expensive for not being fully cleaned for us.

Quiet and close
Publié le 2 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis house is located pretty much center to Fort Sill and all the shopping/restaurants in Lawton. We came to OK for my son’s Army Basic Training graduation. This was much more convenient for my large family than having to get several hotel rooms.

For example i asked if there was patio furniture, the manager James ensured new patio furniture was there. The first evening upon arrival i has trouble with the entrance code. He called me within minutes of sending a message for assistance and ensured i had a code that worked and understood how it worked.. The coffee makee was not fuctional but James brought a new coffee maker within an hour of my request! The email assistance from Ana and James quick responsive high customer service truly makes me want to use thier company again! All of these supporrive actions mad the stay well worth it. Please know i have travel most of my life. Stayed in hotels and vacation rentals throughout Europe and the US , these folks weee top notch! Thank you very much!!

The house looks like it was condemned, had some really poorly done cosmetic only renovations and will probably be disappointing to most people who regularly use VRBO or AirBnB in this price range. The front steps are a hazard that I wish I could load pictures of, there is exposed wiring in the bathrooms with electrical problems that would never pass a NY State occupancy inspection (which I am assuming they don't do in OK), the floors are waving because they didn't fix them before putting the flooring down on top, the cupboards in the kitchen have huge gaps through which you can see critters moving (no lie), the heat doesn't work properly and so much more. The pictures they put up are from the best angles so you don't actually see the problems until you arrive. The listing is a bit misleading as well, they indicate that they have TV but it isn't connected to any services so we were unable to access even local stations. But, I was told by the owner that this was how they were instructed to list it. And, there is no way that this kitchen would be equipped enough to cook but the simplest of meals even if all the pots and pans weren't covered in grease and disgusting. Final, the cleaning crew did a terrible job. The bath tub was so gross that we tried scrubbing it ourselves (using the cleaning products in the house) and we couldn't get it clean. The owner was easy to work with and I really wanted to love it, but for the price they are asking, you might as well stay somewhere else.
