I am very easy to please, but I have to say this was the worse hotel I have ever experienced. Bathroom was filthy, shower head barely worked, as I pulled the bed cover, I realized the sheets were yellow and smelled of grease and had hair on them, they obviously not replaced. The carpet was absolutely appalling, as were the condition of the air conditioner, walls, baseboards and furniture. The entire property reeked of majiruana, strange people were hanging about the stairs and the front of the house staff was less than capable. I would like to file a formal complaint and request a full refund.

False advertisement on continental breakfast

False advertisement!! Rather stay in a trash can than this disgusting nightmare! The place is unsanitary, disgusting and terrible customer service who did nothing other than ROB me. This place has crack heads everywhere so don't plan to sleep during your stay, nevermind blood stained bed sheets or used kotex in trash smelling up the $97 room. Couldn't even sit down on the bed because of the filthiness, try to imagine what germs weren't visible. I don't ever complain but I felt very unsafe, uncomfortable and ripped off as soon as I discovered the blood on the bed sheets. I went down to ask for my money back and was told no, non refundable. I stayed out in a parking lot inside my car until daylight when I returned the key and asked again for either my money back, was told manager will call me which never happened. Don't book here,, it's terrible

The only good thing was the pool. It was over 100 degrees when we stayed and it was refreshing but when we went to take shower in room, shower wouldnt come on...floor planks kept lifting and tripped us multiple times. Complimentary breakfast was....none. i was expecting something like cereal or oatmeal, if not some pancakes or waffles- especially when i got there when it opened...but....nope...granola bar and fruit, and they had 1 mrs.freshleys hunny bun that was smashed and looked like it was expired and some sunny d, coffee, or tea. I had 5 ppl who wanted breakfast...smh disappointing. The linen was stained or dirty too. And finally, the room had a bad odor that wouldnt go away. Invest in automatic air freshner systems, or make a priority to spray rooms often with freshner. Or provide it. Bad ventilation.
