Very comfortable stay here while visiting my son and daughter in law. Staff were lovely, as was the meal options. Would definitely recommend.

Bait and switch, indifferent staff, no resolution

Staff offered no resolution and did not seem to care that we were unhappy with our accommodations. We left almost immediately after checking in and were offered no credit or refund, despite an obvious bait and switch hotel. Staff was indifferent to our requests and informed us that, not only could they not do anything but they would make no effort as we had booked through Hotels. com. We will not be staying at another Hilton. Very disappointed. Still awaiting information on our refund.
