The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. The hot tub was more like a warm bath than a hot tub. The ac was off in the room we checked into so it was really hot when we got in the room. Not enough pillows for a king bed. And the fire alram started randomly going off at 4am.

It was absolutely horrible. Fire alarm kept going off in our room randomly. We be sound asleep and it go off. We traveled all way from south dakota hoping to go to sleep and kept having alarms go off. Room was very dirty as well.

The good: the rooms are nice sized and clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. The bad (where do I begin): - we stayed for four nights with our grandson, two of the nights the smoke alarm went off in the wee hours of the morning, the last night there it went off twice in a one hour period. I went to the front desk to check and found out it wasn't just our room it was the whole hotel. The attendant at the front desk said, "All I can do is keep turning it off when the alarm blares." - although the hotel is marked as "no smoking" throughout, the small enclosed pool patio was where everyone came to smoke (including the hotel staff) and drink. Cigarette butts littered the area. Just low rent and not very family friendly. No towels for the pool. - after being awaken twice by the fire alarm, I went downstairs to get the continental breakfast. At the appointed hour that it was supposed to be available, the lights were still out and the access to the food was still shuttered. I went to the front desk again to make sure that I wasn't wrong about the start time and was told by clerk that the person responsible for opening wasn't there yet. The front desk clerk eventually opened the food area so we could have access to dry cereal and yesterday's bagels but no hot food was out for the thirty minutes I was down there.

Checked in with dirty sheet and comforter on our bed! Bugs all over the pool we had to clean it ourself! Daiky roomservice only took trash never made beds or stocked towels or even swept over the floors! Everyday had to reset key cards multiple times a day! I checked out and paid for an airbnb due to the awful experience! Never again! Positive: breakfast wasnt awful and hotel had laundry service!

Breakfast was delicious staff are friendly and everything was very nice. They also have a laundry site.

Our family was in town for a special birthday of relative turning 99 years old. We were a large group. The staff, Ms Henrietta and lady with green hair and tall mother and son duo working front desk were fantastic. Daily they greeted us with a warm smile. They were very accommodating. I needed extra pillows, no worries, extra towels no problem. The laundry soap dispenser kept my money. No worries Ms. Henrietta gave us replacement detergent no charge. Every morning I’d come down for delicious and generous free breakfast and the staff were friendly and always cleaning! When arrive late in evening and staff always greeted us warmly and always cleaning and wiping down (especially Tall man). The rooms were large and beds were clean and comfortable. The room service was also friendly and accommodating. Only negative was lack of fan in bathroom and slow drain in bathroom sink. Between excellent room service and affordable prices I will definitely make this our hotel whenever we visit Oklahoma. Matter of fact we’re having a large family reunion and I’ve already told the family this is the hotel recommendation for us. Sincerely Tracey Thompson
