Great house, great location

Annual Girl's Trip
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur group of 5 friends had a wonderful time during our 4 night stay on our Annual Girl's Fall Trip while we visited LeClaire and stayed in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the Mississippi River and having our home based right in the midst of the town shops, and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The Dining Room table worked out great to play games, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front patio and also using the fire pit. Sheila was great in answering our questions when planning our trip. Parking was great in the private drive-way and check-in was super easy. Everyone in LeClaire was very friendly and welcoming. The Information Center downtown was very helpful. If the opportunity arises, we would love to come back to LeClaire and stay here again!

Can't beat the location
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for our family and the location is ideal for walking to the shops, restaurants, coffee houses, brewery, distillery and winery along Cody Road. The property was better than described and the set up worked well for our group. The main bedroom with its own bath on the first level was perfect for my wife and I. Our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter used the upstairs bedrooms, and had their own bath, as well (also on the first floor). The house was spotless and there was plenty of extra pillows and blankets, if needed. The front patio with its firepit and well-stocked supply of wood has a spectacular view of the river. Sheila was very responsive and we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for a friends get together!

girls trip
Publié le 12 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwaywe had a girls trip to celebrate that one from our group recently retired from work. the house was wonderful and had plenty of room for all of us. the location was perfect. we only had a short walk to everything in town. and the fire pit was the best way to sit and enjoy the view!

Comfortable couch with a great view. The patio overlooking the river is perfect for sunrises or evenings with a glass of wine. Do check out the winery, just a short 2 block walk. The decor is really well done and very inviting. A favorite VRBO for sure! Can't say enough good, there wasnt a single negative!
