Studio Ti'Diamant ground garden in a secure residence (electric gate and parking), in the heart of a tropical garden with swimming pool and restaurant on site.
Near the village, 500 meters from the beach of Diamant and the local market, restaurants and shops (indoor market, bakery, fishmonger, CB distributor).
Put your luggage in this pretty Creole studio of 25m2 for 2 adults with 1 bed 140, possibility to accommodate 2 additional people (5 € / day / additional person) with 2 pull-out beds in 90, bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen and loggia of 10m2 to take its meals.
Fully equipped air conditioning, fan, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, TV, wifi (for reservations from 1/1/2019) and free wifi at the pool. Linen provided; sheets and towels.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le studio. Il est très bien situé, bien équipé et la piscine commune est géniale pour finir la journée après une journée à visiter le sud de l'ile. Hélène qui nous accueille, est très gentille. Merci beaucoup

Appartement au calme

Appartement très agréable dans un espace calme et arboré, jolie terrasse extérieure. Merci à Hélène pour l'accueil, c'était top ! Seuls bémols : la qualité du deuxième couchage qui laisse à désirer, et contrairement à l'annonce il n'y a pas de chambre mais un grand séjour dans lequel sont situés les deux couchages.

J'ai passé une semaine magnifique dans la commune du Diamant. Le studio était non seulement beau et bien aménagé, mais également d'une propreté irréprochable, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. J'ai particulièrement aimé le calme et la sérénité des lieux, parfaits pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle environnante. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation et j'espère y retourner bientôt !

Un écrin de verdure !

Studio localisé au sein d'une résidence privée arborée luxuriante idalement situé au Diamant pour découvrir toutes les beautés de l'ile ! Le + : une terrasse permettant de manger en compagnie des oiseaux et des lezards face à de somptueux palmiers. Héléne a su nous accueillir chaleureusement et cela malgré un retard conséquent de notre part (pb d'avion) avec de délicates attentions gourmandes. Il est à noter que les bains de soleil de la piscine sont accessibles que sous réserve de consommation au bar de la piscine. Mais vous pouvez poser votre serviette à coté. En un mot : une excellente adresse !

Joli petit studio calme

Dans une jolie résidence arborée, ce studio au calme avec accès piscine est un plus. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du marché et de la mer,la facilité à se garer dans cette résidence sécurisée. Tout était parfait. Une suggestion, le manque de chaises ou fauteuil relax pour profiter de ce bel endroit extérieur.

Rien ne manque.Très fonctionnel sans trahir l'ambiance de la Martinique,le Ti Diamant tient toutes ses promesses. Hélène vous accueille avec sympathie, bienveillance et disponibilité. De plus,elle vous a préparé quelques gourmandises"maison". Vous voila fin prêt à découvrir l'ile aux fleurs:Rando,PMT,visites...,pas le temps de souffler ! Pour plus de "repos",la piscine est super et la terrasse intime du gite vous tend les bras. Une petite envie de cuisiner ?, le marché couvert, la poissonnerie, la boucherie, la boulangerie... vous attendent à quelques centaine de mètres.Sinon un petit restau succulent au bord de la plage vous régale. Alors, surtout, n'hésitez pas ! Merci Hélène, merci Cécile Ces quinze jours furent un vrai "régal"

Le logement est agréable et bien équipé. Le village du Diamant est peu animé surtout le soir, sa plage est agitée et envahie de sargasses. Heureusement les Anses d'Arlets sont plus animées avec des plages agréables.
