Apartment on the ground floor of the Castel des Neiges residence located at 1297 route de l'Envers du Chinaillon
- Free Skibus shuttle 70 m away: “La Floria” stop
- City center 150 m
- Ski lifts 100 m away
- Supermarket 150 m away
- Tourist office 150 m away
- Ski lessons: There are different departures for ski lessons. This varies depending on the time of year and type of course. We invite you to contact the school and tell them the address of your accommodation.

Cleaning and linen are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linen and you must clean thoroughly upon departure so as to leave the accommodation clean and welcoming for the next traveler. (Thanks in advance for them!)

These services are offered as an option. To book directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Cleaning: €60.
- Price for rental of household linen:
-Single bed duvet pack: €18/bed
-Double bed duvet pack: €20/bed
-Large towel: €5/unit
-Small towel: €4/unit
-Bath mat: €4/unit
-Kitchen towels X2: €4 for both
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Animals are not allowed, it may seem rigid, but we have had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- If end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), trash cans to be thrown away and, if necessary, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- A deposit is provided for certain reservations. We use the independent online bail service Swikly. The deposit is secured in the fortnight preceding arrivals (not debited/does not affect the ceiling of your credit card). It cancels itself 20 days after your departure).
- Public elevator to the center of Chinaillon on the right just after the bridge
- No Wifi but good 4G coverage


/!\ We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left and so on)
