Le loueur a noter présence de parking et de clim Hors c'est du stationnement libre dans la rue ,alors que la résidence a bien 1 parking.et en période touristique, trouver une place libre est tres compliqué. Un rafraichisseur et 1 ventilateur en place de clime. Propreté à revoir. Loueur agréable

Super séjour dans ce studio agréable et calme bien placé a 500m de la plage et a un peu moins de 10 minutes du centre du grau du roi en voiture propriétaire très sympa je recommande je pense y retourner très rapidement

Logement vétuste manque un étendage vaisselle ébréchée très peu pour cuisiner Brumisateur qui ne marche pas et cafards dans la salle de bain et porte d’entrée qui tape la nuit … douche trop haute et robinet prêt à tomber !

Le studio est simple et parfait pour venir passer qques jours. Il est situé à port camargue, à moins de 10 min en voiture du centre de Grau-du-Roi. On garde l'adresse pour une prochaine visite !

Pas terrible
Le gérant est très gentil mais pas évident de communiquer par téléphone (problème d allocution ) sinon l appartement était assez sale en arrivant ( cheveux de partout ) il ne semble pas y avoir d entreprise de nettoyage de prévue pour ce logement . La clim n en est pas une. La localisation n est pas terrible. Pas de pass pour le parking privé Le seul point positif est la proximité de la plage .
