"La Maisonnette de Plage sur les Toits" is located on Quai Colbert in Grau du Roi, on the third and top floor of a residence with access at the back via 18 rue des Combattants. It is an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, facing the old Lighthouse, facing the sea, there is no more beautiful location to live the local life, to see the trawls going to sea and come back from fishing, watch the small trades sort the fish and set up their stalls. A great place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.

This apartment is comfortable and has a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a mezzanine with a 2x70X190 bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, the Maison du Dauphin, ...., plus a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom and a non-separate toilet complete the rooms made available. This apartment has a reserved parking space for all reservations made from March to November. The other months, parking is free throughout the town of GRAU DU ROI except for the post office car park, the "petit Victor Hugo" car park.
TV, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, air conditioning.
All without vis-à-vis, out of sight and close to all the shops and the beach. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle , oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals.

The living room is pleasant, bathed in light, with a sofa, air conditioning.
Enjoy the calm and rest in one of the two warm rooms with refined decoration.
The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a non-separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

You have a private parking space with this apartment in an overhead car park located 300 m from the residence. Note that this parking space is numbered and private each year from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. For any rental from the beginning of November to the beginning of March, parking is free in the town, since parking is free everywhere in the town during this winter period only.

Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest station with frequent traffic is Montpellier Sud de France station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier.
