Perfect House for Family Vacation in Brittany
Incredibly spacious and lovingly designed property, perfect for a family or group vacation. Clean and functional, yet aesthetically pleasing with attention to details. Near Sauzon, which has lots of excellent restaurants and the most picture perfect harbor on the Belle Ile

This has to be the best (large) house to rent in Belle Ile !
We have been going as a family of 6 to Belle Ile for 10 years and we have rented houses and stayed in hotels. This time we went with cousins and grandparents and the house was just perfect. It is extremely comfortable to stay in and the furnishings are very well appointed. The pool is super clean and warm - I guess 28 degrees. The accommodation is ideal for a larger group with two main houses and an annexe - so plenty of room to get some peace. The location is superb - very near Sauzon and with 10 minutes of Le Palais. Dana - the housekeeper and cook was excellent and prepared breakfast (having cleared up the remnants of dinner!) and kept the house immaculate. The owner Celine has been very straightforward to deal with as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone - its the best!. Jeremy Aitchison and family.

Un endroit idyllique pour des vacances en (grande) famille
Les deux maisons sont très bien équipées. La piscine est grande et bien chauffée. Le jardin arboré est particulièrement agréable. Seul bémol : le wifi est vraiment très faible.

Nous voilà marié sur cette belle Île. Nous sommes comblé par cette belle demeure aux excellentes prestations. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour tous les membres de la famille. La décoration est originale et reflète bien l’ambiance que la propriétaire veut donner. 😊. La literie est incroyable nous sommes cocoonée dès que nous rentrons dans les draps. Superbe prestation et arrangement de la propriétaire en ce qui concerne les horaires, toutefois à ce prix de prestation, pas de pelouse tondue, figuier empêchant l accès direct de la terrasse à la piscine, et prix exorbitant pour deux verres simples casses ( 10 euros ) , c'est dommage,

Les maison est parfaite, emplacement idéal, prestations haut de gamme. La literie impeccable, les équipements nombreux. La piscine chauffée est fabuleuse, les enfants passent leur journée dedans. Et un immense merci à Dana pour son accueil VIP :) Nous reviendrons très certainement. Cette maison est une petite pépite à Belle-Ile....

Un séjour exceptionnel
La qualité des prestations est formidable. Nous avons séjourné un week-end à 18 amis, et les avis furent unanimes. La cuisine est grande, pratique et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée en ustensiles, avec beaucoup de vaisselle, parfait pour les grands groupes. La piscine est très bien chauffée, grande, protégée du vent et sans vis à vis. On se sent vraiment dans un cocon. L'emplacement est parfait et très joli dans Chubiger. Pour finir, l'accueil de Daniela est chaleureux et arrangeante. Bravo pour cette location qui tient toutes ses promesses.

UN SEJOUR PARFAIT
Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé avec des amis dans les deux maisons de Céline et Alexandre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans deux maisons chaleureuses à la décoration soignée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Elles sont très bien équipées en particulier la cuisine, spacieuse, qui permet de préparer les repas en permettant à chacun de mettre la main à la pâte! La piscine était chauffée à une température parfaite ce qui a permis même aux plus frileux de se baigner au milieu du mois d'octobre. Un séjour parfait qui laissera à tous un merveilleux souvenir.

Cette villa correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Elle nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances à 12 adultes et 12 enfants. La localisation est très centrale. La villa est joliment décorée et pourvue de tout le matériel nécessaire pour le séjour.
