"Lovely onsen offering however the hotel experience was overall quite strange. definitely not a relaxing place on the weekend when many groups of Vietnamese tourists take over. 30 women in the onsen at once very noisy, leave sauna door open even staff do it. Restaurant also very noisy with big groups. Alarms on room doors constantly on siren as not closed properly. It’s a lovely place maby better during the week if you want to relax. Very minimal English spoken. No black coffee available (only extra sweetened) on breakfast buffet also kinda strange. Would try Hue Onsen if i was to do it all again"

"A lovely friendly little hotel who made us feel so welcome. Hana and all the staff do a great job making sure their guests are comfortable. In a good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by and the beach a short walk. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Only issue was on checking out, the receptionist received a photo of a flannel I'd used to wipe the balcony clean from a chambermaid, and seemed to want financial compensation from me for using it this way. This spoiled what had up to then been a perfect stay in the hotel. I paid nothing, and left in a huff."
