The castle - built around 1400 - has an exciting history and is said to have been a camp of Jeanne d ""Arc. The first king of France also stayed there for a week. There are some great hiking and biking trails near the castle. Route Saint Jacques de Compostelle is 500 m away. The city of Nevers is 34 km away. Saint Etienne de Bourges Cathedral is 65 km away.
