Best little condo
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay!! Everything was so easy from renting the condo to all the communication, finiding the condo and checking out! We came from Colorado to last my grandpa to rest and this just made everything a little less stressful! Thanks to the wonderful owners for allowing us to stay at your condo! It was the perfect size and was very accommodating.

Condo in the hills
Publié le 3 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean. Located on 2 level of 3 story apartment complex. Air conditioner very noisy. It did not cool the bedrooms. There was a fan in one bedroom but it was noisy as well. No screens on windows.

We appreciate you pointing this out, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noisy AC. We've taken the necessary steps to service it and clean the filter, which should resolve the issue. Additionally, we regret any disturbance caused by the noisy fan and the inconvenience of having no screens. We're disappointed to learn that we didn't meet your expectations.

Great place to stay

Honest and well organized
Publié le 24 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed the stay, few things to consider the place had a musty smell at first, the dishwasher didn’t clean so we started before we left hoping things were clean and need to cut back the weeds growing up on the ramp. But overall we would definitely stay again.

I am sorry to hear we did not meet your 5 star expectations. This is the first we have heard of a musty smell and the dishwasher not working. If you could provide any additional information on that it would be very helpful! We do actually have someone coming out soon to do some landscaping so that should take care of weeds near the ramp. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Perfect place to stay in the Black Hills

- Location: Right in the middle of Lead. We skied at Terry Peak, which was an easy ten-minute drive away.
- Material condition: Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc., were all in good shape. Appliances were fairly new and everything worked.
- Cleanliness: No problems here at all.
- Comfort: Each room has an individual thermostat. There were ample supplies of blankets and towels.
- Host support: We didn't need anything specific during our stay, but the check-in process was easy.
We had no complaints at all, and would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice condo. Exactly as advertised.

One suggestion: the condo could use a good teapot and a coffee maker. A Kurig doesn’t do it for those of us who like better coffee and well steeped tea.
