While we are just 1 mile from the Downtown area, that short distance provides us with our own little oasis with great views, less light pollution for star gazing, and as you noted, quiet. It took ten minutes to check in to one room. Then he got on the phone to help someone instead of checking us in to our second room. I honestly booked it from the reviews that were on the app. I have no idea how it got excellent ratings. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Tv didn’t work so I called the office, they never came. Doors and locks were sketchy with holes where the old dead bolts were. Breakfast was decent with waffles, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal packets. The manager on duty in the morning was so much better than the guy at night. Too bad she wasn’t on when we checked in.

The exterior could possibly use some tlc and attention but the interior and the staff we met were beyond exceptional. We have never stayed in a cleaner room and trust me we’ve been all over and stayed in much higher, top rated hotels. Our room was quiet, well maintained and very comfortable!

The room was clean with 2 luggage racks. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast area was congested and needs to be bigger. Also there was no bread to toast. On asking the receptionist said they were out of bread!!! How can you be out of bread in the United States

Check in took 45 minutes, even at 8 pm. Bathroom was not fully supplied, only stairs available, small dark breakfast space, no one at the front desk in the morning. I am not a picky rater but will never return to this hotel.
