Great location, ~30 minutes from Copper Mountain and 45 from Keystone and Arapaho. Tiny house offers privacy and security that you wouldn’t get in a traditional hotel/motel. Reasonably priced

This is a cool property. We’ve stayed here twice now. The Jesse was much better for us than the Dragonfly, because it has a bed downstairs. The “stairs” are really ladders, so guests need pretty good dexterity. The tiny houses are warm and cozy, a great place when we are in Leadville a few times a year.
