A very nice getaway for a double couples trip!
Publié le 31 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay so much! Being able to getaway and disconnect from reality for the weekend was amazing. We couldn’t have picked a better location. Thank you to John for being so easily reachable and giving us all the heads up we needed before arriving!

Nice cabin with a view

All property around the Frio River is private property, Thank you for respecting The Neighbors. There are several great hiking trails nearby to The Cabins one is a 3 Mile out and back and the other is a 5-mile loop that goes up across the ridgelines. And I do agree I wish that digital door locks were a little more simplified sometimes

Leaky Frio River trip
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was stocked very well, clean, and comfortable. The house setting at the base of the limestone cliff overlooking the Frio and Hill Country was fantastic! Very relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised at the conveniences located in Leaky. We were able to find all supplies and groceries that we needed and several restaurants. Looking forward to our next trip to the Hill Country.

Hey peaceful, stay in the Rio River Valley.

Quick Trip to the Frio

Cozy, relaxing getaway spot!
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur whole family loved this house and the location - very comfortable for a relaxing weekend getaway. The proximity to the river was perfect and our kids loved exploring the area, wading through the river, and using the fire pit! Never even had time to enjoy the games and movies inside! We were happy to find the kitchen had all of the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking as we made all of our meals at the house. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Back to school river trip

But, the river in front of the cabin is great to just hang and let kids explore! The home is fully stocked with just about everything you could need in the kitchen as well!

Relaxing Trip!
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time at the Riverfront Cabin! Cabin set up was great for a family of 3 and a/c worked great!! Very important when outside temp is 100+…we enjoyed being so close to river — worked great with 2 dogs that loves water! John was great!

The perfect weekend getaway
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy little family booked for our long weekend, and I definitely overpacked, and it was an amazing trip in a beautiful location and this charming cabin was exactly what we wanted. The river is close and my toddler spent the afternoons wading and picking up rocks. The kitchen was easy to use for cooking and meal prep. We made s'mores for the first time as a family on the fire pit. Loved it, highly recommend!

4 day stay
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was great. We had a secluded water area that we had all to ourselves. Only downfall was the shower was clogged and we had to unclog it ourselves.
