It’s was really nice
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was really nice the river was dry near our cabin but we could still swim nearby. I think next I will reserve with the actual cabin site than Vrbo to save $200 that was ridiculous. But the cabin itself was nice.

Stargaze cabin
Publié le 25 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayCabin was simple and sturdy with concrete floor and deck. Beds, pillows (and bedding on request) were comfortable. Lovely property, clean and quiet. Kitchen had just enough room and equipment for simple meals, bbq grill outside turned out some great ribs. Manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Has a great time and would absolutely go back!

Excellent Getaway to recharge and relax

Clean property, privacy, quiet, relaxing
Publié le 13 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayShort walk down to the river. It was a bit shallow during our stay, perfect for the little ones. Further down the river we found some deeper water holes under the trees, great for taking a cool dip. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and private cabin

Leakey Weekend Getaway

The grounds are nicely maintained and the outdoor are near the cabin has plenty of picnic tables, seating around the fire pit, horseshoe pit, etc. Just a short walk to the river. Our dogs loved fetching balls and running on the large lawn next to the rive. I give the property and location "2 thumbs up". We plan to visit in the summer and I will be sure to bring my own pans, knives and cutting board to make cooking easier. At first I thought it was odd to bring my own linens but I actually liked it- made me feel more at home with my own linens.
