Overall stay
Spacious, clean (even there were dog hair(?) in washing machine and on carpet but overall still clean), but some household equipments are a little bit old. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very good, everything we’re working well and clean. The biggest problem is the washing machine. Washing function is working but the machine cannot dried the clothes. And the TV weren’t working.

Very nice
Enjoyed the hot tub and the house. Very clean and accommodating. The TV situation was difficult too many remotes and no explanation on what each accessed. Other than that it was fantasyic.

Great property with an excellent location
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well maintained with a very peaceful location. We had deer walking on the property which was wonderful to see. Location was super close to downtown Leavenworth and any thing else we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great relaxing house! Only problem was there was so much snow, it wasn’t really safe to walk to town. Had to walk on road that was still slick even when plowed! So ended up driving into town.

Good house for a family stay
Although smoky when we were there, we enjoyed our time in Leavenworth. The house is a good size. We had 5 adults and 3 dogs and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. For those wondering, the yard isn’t fenced. That wasn’t a problem for us but I do remember wondering about that before we arrived. The only criticism would be that the house is starting to show wear and tear from being a rental and the cleaning could have been more thorough - bathrooms and bedding were great but lamps and corners were dusty.

This was a great place to have a pre Christmas gathering with the family. Great communication with owner, when the hot tub Ph balance was off they came out right away to look at it. The only downfall is that it’s not within walking distance to downtown but this was a great property to stay at and could see renting this place for next year too.

Quiet Getaway
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood; a good place to stay and relax. It is nicely furnished; the kitchen was awesome & had everything we needed for meal preparations. We had 4 couples in our party and 4 cars, so initially parking was an issue. But we spoke with the neighbor and understood her concerns and it all worked out. The house was centrally located to the various activities in the Leavenworth area, but you need to drive.

Nice location
The check in process is easy since there is a door code. The property is in a great location just about a 5 min drive to the downtown area. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are large. The fold out bed in the couch makes the couch a little droopy to sit in when used as a couch. There is a well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have a garage to pull in to. We didn't use the tvs at all because all the remotes and cords seemed overwhelming. This property is nice and we would definitely recommend this place tob others. Thanks for having us!

GIRLS WEEKEND!
The pictures don't do it justice! The layout of this home is perfect for a getaway with friends or family! We had an incredible time and will come back to stay here again! The property managers were always available to answer any questions (NOT just about the home/property, but also about Leavenworth). The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub (although the weather didn't allow much use) was very clean and ready to be used, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials for cooking the bathrooms were stocked and huge, so 6 girls getting ready in two bathrooms wasn't a challenge! We couldn't come up with a single complaint! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind! Thank you!

This home is perfect for families. We felt the location and lay out of this home is suits any family. We were a bit disappointed to arrive to the floors were not clean with sand on it and had pet hair in the size of small bunnies in the corners. The rest of the home was clean. Not sure as to why the floors were missed or ignored. We were able to sweep and clean it but again disappointed.

Not what we expected...
The Good: Comfortable beds Nice size home and layout for our family of 6 Close to town Nice kitchen And the hot tub was a selling point Lot is quiet and private which is nice. The Bad: On the way there we got notice that the dishwasher was broken and the kitchen flooded. We opted to not have it repaired as this was a big inconvenience to us than just washing a few dishes by hand. No big deal as things happen. When we arrived at check in time, the cleaners were still there. We drove around for a while and then waited in our car for them to finish up. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying that it is not ready yet. The master bath had a bunch of long black hair all over the bathroom floor that I had to clean up. I’ve cleaned many nastier things, but at the price per night, that’s not what I signed up for. The kicker on the cleaning side were the clogged shower drains and standing in ankle deep water mixed with your filth and 100s of other people’s filth. This was disgusting and unacceptable. Management Response: I tried to copy and past the entire email we got from management, but VRBO doesn’t allow for enough characters. To summarize: The price is what it is and it is filled with VRBO fees... not our fault. The cleaners were only 6 minutes late... not our fault. Hair on the floor... you could have called us to clean it up. (how about you clean the house in the first place) Shower blockage: after bringing it up they cleared the blockage and claimed the guest prior had stuffed toilet paper in the drains. They said sorry and asked for a change to make it up to us. How they solve it: a very generous $50 refund and 10% off future stays. 😂 Moral of the story don't stay in a loveleavenworth.com managed property.
