Not clean. Mold on windows, dust on just about everything, bedding had hair on it. Smelled of cigarettes on all furniture. Carpet not vacuumed. Decor was fun it was Christmas in April, beach vibes and cabin vibes. Shades for windows were dirty. Walls had dirty spots like something got spilled and not cleaned up. Bedroom window was broken. Ceiling fan was so dusty i could have drawn-out pictures.
We will not be back. We let them know when we checked in and we were informed a ticket would be created.

Disappointed
Publié le 18 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayAmenities were lacking (especially in the kitchen), downstairs smelled very bad, wifi didn’t work until the last day with many unanswered complaints to rental company (which affected work and school), cell service is spotty. With some thoughtfulness and attention, this could be a much better spot to stay.

Great place to see the snow.

Could not access the second level-game room.

My son in law is disabled from a work accident and has been in rehabilitation for years. Since he just graduated from a wheelchair to a cane we were excited to finally go on a family trip. This house was chosen since he still cannot do the outdoor activities around Leavenworth (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc) we were very disappointed that we could NOT go Down the stairs or around the house to access the game room because the snow had not been shoveled for so long it was feet of ice snow that he could not navigate, both on the stairs and around the side. It is far from ADA compliant. We made the best of it but did not get to use the house as we plans paid for.
