Stairs to high for my wife and room had 0 view!

For clarity, when you booked your reservation several months prior to your stay, you had the opportunity to choose any of our multiple room types, including rooms with two beds, easier accessibility, and great views. Instead you chose our lowest priced room, which is titled “Standard Queen - NO ViEW”, which is accurately described on the listing in detail as a room on the 2nd floor, with no elevator, having a queen bed, and no view. Just in case you missed it, we then followed up with two Welcome and Reminder emails which again highlighted this important information about your room selection.Despite this, when you arrived you expected a 1st floor room with two beds and a view. Unfortunately this was on a fully booked weekend during the high season and all of the rooms of this type had already been taken. We are sorry that we were not able to meet this new request.

Great stay. No elevator.

We had a two room suite and it was lovely. Felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Can't beat the location and parking. Friendly front desk staff, but just note that there is no staff available after 6pm. Another thing to be aware of is the accessibility. Like many older or historic buildings in Leavenworth there are not accessibility ramps or elevators to access the second floor. For us this just meant folding up our stroller every time we went from town to our room, but it may be more of an issue to those with mobility issues. Overall we'd gladly stay here again.
