Second visit to this property. Very happy with stay. Only minor problem, the bed was too high for my 85 year old mother and she needed a boost😁

Very nice place. Everything was perfect just wish my next door neighbor didn't sleep with his TV on as loud as it can go. Breakfast was delicious.

Greta property in a nice small town

Went to OSU graduation in Corvallis. All the places there were full. Looked for an alternative and Lebanon is not that far away. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised at the outstanding condition and location of this property. The breakfast, while standard fare for fee breakfast was very good. The bacon was meaty and not overcooked. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The free cookies in the lobby were nice also. The grounds are exceptional with a water fall for which the name boulder falls is referenced.
