The first room they gave us, it smells like it has nobody lived there for years. The room has a moldy smell. Because the AC is not on, we think it may be better when we turned on the AC. We are so wrong, after the AC is on, odd smell is more stronger from the AC. This unit is definitely not lived/cleaned for some time. We have been traveling a lot this summer and we have always preferred to stay in Marriott hotels. This is probably the worst experience we had. Also the front desk told us the breakfast is from 7-10 in the morning, I asked twice and she confirmed. But when we came down for hotel the next morning at 9:35am, the front desk said the breakfast ends on 9:30am, because today is Friday. How careless the front desk is to make us miss the breakfast. We ended up ate breakfast outside. It disturbed our travel plan a little bit because we are on a tight schedule.

We were very satisfied with the comfort and easy access to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. It would’ve been perfect if breakfast had been included. Handicap parking is not easily accessible to the entrance

The hotel is nice however, they need to have more than one person on at breakfast as the person is unable to handle all the customers' in a timely manner. I waited in line for 15 minutes before heading somewhere else for breakfast. This not acceptable for business people needing to get to meetings and start their day.

It was fine with a clean unit. The couch which was a hideabed was uncomfortable to sit on. It was expensive but near to where we were visiting.

Rooms were not clean, a non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the air conditioner was so loud, and ran all night. Worst nights sleep ever.
