This was a last minute room after another hotel had incorrectly marketed their rooms. So glad to be able to find one, even with the fair going on at expo slept great and was unable to hear any noise from inside hotel

The mattress was completely shot. This is new hotel and they have bad mattress. Had to check out 3am. They put weird charges on my cc and did not know what they were when I questioned them!! Could not get receipt cause the customer service person was having trouble with the printer. When I complained about room and that I didn’t get what I paid for (bed I could sleep in) they would not do anything. Told manager was going to call to explain things. Never called. I will never stay there again.

I do apologize for the issues you encountered while here; please do not hesitate to reach out to the property directly and speak with the General Manager as I would like to find out a little more about your stay and how/what we could have done to make it better.
