Attention to Deco

Congratulations on your 50th anniversary! It is great when guests appreciate the antiques throughout the cottage. The owner is an antique dealer, and she has her cottage beautifully decorated with unique, vintage furniture and decor. Internet is preferred, for sure, and we have suggested this to the owner already. We are hoping it is an amenity she adds soon. Thanks for being great guests.

Authentic gretna cottage, with some appreciated modern conveniences
Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayThis lovely cottage is beautifully furnished with antiques, but also has updated and very functional bathrooms and kitchen spaces. The location and porch are also wonderful. Our group really enjoyed our stay. The only misleading part of the listing is the claim that the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. The one twin bed was very comfortable, but the other “bed” is just a small upholstered bench.

Excellent home base for Gretna vacation
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayWrap-around porch elevates outdoor living. Functional kitchen makes meal times easy. Four bedrooms give everyone their own space. And there’s parking! We would be happy to stay again at this quaint and comfortable cottage.

Posted Jul. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayLoved the stay and the peacefulness of the area. The only negative was the one bedroom did not have a twin bed nor single. It was more like a bench with a pad but other than that we loved it!

Cozy, rustic, antique cabin. Full of charm!
Posted Oct. 31, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had a lovely time staying at this property. The cabin was charming and antique with a huge porch. We loved the claw foot tub, the fireplace, and the proximity to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. We only wished we'd had more time and indoor space to hang out together!

Cottage Stay
