I didn't like that the tv didn't work. It couldn't change chanel. The pool had so much bleach that my kids couldn't be there no more than 20 min cause the bleach was to strong that your hurt so much.

The rug in our guest room was stained badly and appeared grimy.

I can imagine how frustrated you must feel seeing your carpet in such a state. Our hotel is in the process of undergoing a full renovation of our public area and guest rooms. The property and room were very nice for our stay. However there were some stains on the carpet in our room. Additionally the bed was rock solid and super uncomfortable which left both my wife and I in severe discomfort following our checking out.
