Don’t Book Here

Don’t book here. Property photos are misleading. Checked in and was given a different room then I paid for and booked. Room was filthy bathroom had white “gel” all over the sink. Holes were in the walls of room. Advised front desk the room I was given was not the room I booked and paid for and was told they overbooked. I booked 2 room suite. Was offered a one room double the next night. Tried to get refunded. Front desk refused was referreds to Hotels.com. Hotels.com referred me back to property. Cannot get through to the Manager “Mr. Patel”. Hotels.com could not get through either and offered me a $50 key credit. Unacceptable. I am out $400. Additionally, the property tried charging my card several more times. Will not be booking through Hotels.com, either.

WORST STAY EVER. It was so disgusting. It looked like the bathroom was never cleaned- EVER. The whole place smelled. It was so awful. I thought about leaving and sleeping in my car.

Room was very dirty, bathtub filled with water while showering, tv didn’t change channels. Horrible stay, won’t come back.

Latino staff was super getto , Room was smelling like straight newport, pool was Kinda green , also any kind a bug i have picture how i wake up all bite up if you guys want it

It is not like as picture. New management supposed to just purchased the property promising to make improvements People live in the hotel makes you feel unsafe. Drains are poor in bathroom and very small

Room smelt musty. Water when taking shower was yellow didn’t drain properly . Staff when checking in was very nice entrance to building was very nice. I believe this is under new management so they are attempting to update place but it does take time .

Concert bound
