Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Fully furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided. Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
- Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
- USB outlets provided through-out suite.

Very nice size basement mother-in-law type suite. Hardly any noise could be heard from upstairs. Very clean and beautiful decor. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would stat again.

Christmas Parade 🎄
Came up to celebrate the Horse Drawn Carriage Parade in Lebanon. House was an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Lebanon. House was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured described. Host had snacks and waters. Comfortable beds and decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, safe, quiet and easy parking. I didnt expect from the listing pictures but it is a side door entry to a lower unit of an occupied home. Great place if you're planning a peaceful or less rowdy stay!

Hidden gem
We stayed here with our daughter, while visiting over parent weekend at Miami Univ. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. We weren't looking to stay this far away from campus (about 45 mins), but it ended up being a hidden gem. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Lebanon, hiked at a nearby park, picked up a couple of gourds at a local pumpkin patch, and avoided the crowds on campus.

The host was amazing. I had a last minute change in the size of my family getting together and I contacted the host. She was very gracious and understanding. The room and property was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay there again and for longer next time.

AWESOME PLACE!
This is our second time staying here, and God-willing, we will be back next year! This place is spacious, plush and so welcoming! New upgrades this year included a laundry room and a circular drive which added to the convenience. After busy days of activities it was always nice to "come home" each night to relax in comfort! Thank you Meredith and Mike for your great attention to detail and for being such gracious hosts!

Fantastic
We have stayed at several VRBO properties, and this particular one is among the best, if not the absolute best. It is situated in a secluded area yet conveniently close to everything, and it is impeccably maintained. The host has considered every detail, providing essentials like coffee and towels, along with other thoughtful touches. It felt more like home than any other place we have visited. The cleanliness of the property and the refreshing open floor plan were particularly noteworthy. I would highly recommend staying here.

A wonderfully quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Close enough to town but not too close. Beautiful grounds as well with a feeling of being at "home." Excellent security with exterior cameras and lighting.

Quiet and lovely
We came from Northern Wisconsin to attend our friend’s daughter’s wedding. After traveling 12 hours we settled in quite quickly to this inviting, clean, quiet little bungalow. We were so impressed by all of the host’s personal touches that made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to stay when in Ohio.
