My Rooms Disaster

The hotel claimed i had no reservation despite me showing proof in paper and app form fully paid prior to arrival.The hotel manager was so rude told me it was my problem and said she didnt do business with Hoyels.com. She spoke over the phone and refused to meet me, she offered me a room but said i would have to pay again! Got Hotels.com to intervene, they sorted it but took 90mins and go no appology from manager. Never book accomodation with My Rooms again, Rude Arrogant and incomputent. Ruined my stay.
