The pool was closed and it looked like it wasn't even being worked on. There was an ice maker and it was turned off. the shower took a long time to get hot and drained very slow so when you went to take a shower you were standing in several inches of cold water. You couldn't inform the staff because there was nobody there. Everything was done over the phone.

No one was there to check you in, you had to call a phone number and the man walked you through how to swipe your Card to create a key to get into your room, the ice machine did not work, There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The room itself was dark and VERY outdated.

We did enjoy our stay. I called ahead to ask about late check-in and the man who answered the phone was borderline rude and snippy. We arrived in the afternoon after rearranging our life and checked it. What infuriated me was that when we arrived back after our event, there were people checking in. The young man on the desk in the afternoon was very friendly and very polite.

There was no person to check you in or to seek assistance. Everything is worn and tattered.

Staff Camren and Heidi were both very friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was opened. Camren mentioned that is still needed to be repaired.

We arrived at check-in time but no one was on hand to check guests in - we had to call a number which was at the desk, and when someone answered (after several attempts) he talked us through inserting the credit card in the credit card machine, and putting the blank keys through the kay machine. No one was on hand to receive the keys when we checked out, and there was no key drop box, so we left the keys in the room. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower, but they were empty, and there were bars of soap, but no shampoo or conditioner.
