Pour : All the staff were cheerful and very friendly.
Contre : We would have liked some drawers or shelves in our room for storing our clothes. The wardrobe was good but not everything hangs up.
Emplacement : Not necessary as we were visiting family and friends.
We were there for seven days visiting family who live nearby. We were very comfortable.

overall it is in a beautiful area the staff very pleasant, breakfast could have been better it was just warm .

Good stay but room to hot and staff nice friendly

For the price I wasn't expecting too much, but at the least for it to be clean. Bedding and towels were clean, but the room hadn't been cleaned. Fresh stains on the lamp and unit next to the bed. Toilet and bathroom also had stains and hadn't been cleaned. No food available / restaurant closed, would have been nice to know that in advance as didn't check in until 8pm

No room when arrived

Told this happens all the time and the system lets people overbook , 23.00 on sat night so while there for 1hr trying to sort out with no result booked another hotel even though was still showjng rooms available at britannia.
