Publié le 27 mars 2020 sur HotelsWe stayed there with a band playing a concert. We were able to check in early, it was fast and easy. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful as we had a lost luggage delivered. Breakfast could improve a bit. Plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: location was great for the First direct arena
Cons: the bed was extremely poor; creaked all the time and the mattress was uncomfortable, food wasn't great, basin in bathroom was clogged. Stains all over carpet
For similar money you get more value for money at other hotels in the city. So I probably won't return
