Tired, disappointing, 4 loyal guests not returning

We've used this hotel 3 previous times and it's always been great, but this time a few things had changed for the worse. The biggest issue was malfunctioning Air Con - we reported it on the first day and then again twice on the second day, third time a member of staff tried to fix it while we were out by using a spare keycard and leaving it on all evening, but it was still not adequate to drop the temperature to a bearable one for sleep. Other change: Tired fixtures in the room - bathroom handrail was hanging off, complimentary coffee machine had no milk and staff couldn't add any, breakfast options lacked pastries (no croissants, no pain au chololat)e, no sour dough bread, only sliced, no fried egg, no mushrooms. Hardly a buffet just an eat as much as you like so long as it's bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and beans.

Nice clean room, however there was drilling from 7am onwards on a Sunday morning for several hours so didn’t get a good sleep
