Comfortable but loud!

Good view during the day but a busy and loud bar right outside my bedroom window with music blaring until 2am!

On arrival I was initially impressed by what i saw however it went from bad to worse as the weekend went on. Very rowdy crowd in the room next door that came back to the hotel and had a party both nights lasting until 5am. We had our door banged on several times and felt quite vulnerable. Breakfast wasnt great and there was a lack of glasses to have a simple glass of water. During the last night(5am) the hotel tried to charge my credit card for an amount (not equaling what was spent) that my credit card provider thought was fraud so froze any other payments. I was then unable to pay for our actual charges in the morning. Luckily I had another form of payment. I certainly wont be back.

We had a good overnight stay, will definitely return again if staying in Leeds. The only negative was that the coffee wasn't very good at breakfast.

The bathroom is long overdue maintenance. The shower pressure was abysmal and the shower curtain was not fit for purpose. The lighting was dreadful and the breakfast quality was poor.
