Fabulous top floor apartment, very cool & contemporary. Loved the hot tub on a cold November evening. Great staff too.

Publié le 25 nov. 2022 sur HotelsNo fresh milk. Way too much alcohol, no slippers, stone floors, too loud and noisy when people are just walking around the place, cameras with little privacy on balcony and hot tub. No bread or margarine or usual things to consume only alcohol.
Was good for the amenities and friendliness of staff.
Thank you for our stay but we wouldn’t really make an effort to use it twice

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we are sorry to hear you will not be returning.Our property is a hotel therefore the items you have mentioned above would not be available in the apartments, on request we would have been more than happy to have these items ready for you on your arrival. The alcohol is available if you wish to consume it, this could have also been removed upon request.We have CCTV for the safety of ourselves and for our guests, this, however, is not in any of the apartments, balconies, or hot tub areas, once you enter full privacy is given.Our team are always striving to deliver the best possible experience for our guests, and it does sadden me you will not be returning.I wish you the best for the future.Kind regards,The Bells.

The apartment was fantastic, lots of space and a very high level of fittings. The hot tub was a great touch and the location being so close but far enough away from the city centre. The NCP car was a couple of mins walk away so not a problem at all. We will definitely be staying again

rude staff very unhelpful
Publié le 26 août 2022 sur Hotelsthe staff were rude they said i only paid 180 even though i paid 250 the staff told me they would look into it but didn’t then when i rang and asked them to sort it before i left review they said i was threatening and put the phone down. the guy on the phone was extremely rude an unhelpful. there was no milk for a drink and the coffee machine was broke

A gem in Leeds
Publié le 6 août 2022 sur HotelsThe room and amenities couldn't be faulted. Had trouble locating the hotel as it's not signposted but that's how they would like to keep it which is fine. It a was a long drive for us from Edinburgh and we did arrive almost 8.30pm
