Don't go there if you want to rest!
Publié le 17 août 2015 sur HotelsNous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit dans cet hôtel.
Nous avons ressenti dès notre arrivée que l'hôtel était mal fréquenté. Il y avait une drôle d'ambiance sur le parking avec des personnes qui squattaient les lieux à deux pas des chambres. Nous n'étions pas rassurés pour notre voiture et l'avons garée proche de l'entrée.
État de la chambre correcte mais porte communiquante avec la chambre d'à côté, occupée par des ados très bruyants. Nous avons été patients jusqu'à minuit avant de prévenir l'accueil car il nous était impossible de dormir. L'homme à l'accueil s'est contenté de passer un bref coup de fil, très mou qui n'a bien évidemment pas calmé la bande de plus en plus alcoolisé. Il n'a même pas daigné se déplacer, pire Il nous a fait passer pour des pénibles. Après que nous ayons menacé de demander un remboursement, il a fini par nous donner une autre chambre. Nous avons donc dû déménager toutes nos affaires en pleine nuit... Il était plus d'1h.
Donc un service déplorable... Nous n'y remettrons pas les pieds.
Don't go there if you want to rest. We had a bedroom next to teens doing a party and drinking alcohol. The guy at the reception only called them and asked them with a shy voice to stop the noise. So, What a surprise they did not stop!! He refused to go to their room directly. After 3 complaints, he finally gave us another room but we had to move all our stuffs in the middle of the night!! (1am!)
Very poor service and no excuses from the staff.

Fix your tv.

It was very hard to sleep since the air conditioner was very noisy!! That's a deal breaker for me. The room was clean and it had all the amenities, coffee maker, refrigerator etc.

Standard chain hotel, in a dated building. We only needed a place to sleep for 2 nights, it did the job.
The bathroom needs work. The sink and bathtub drains are so slow. It was luke a bath and shower at same time. The shower head leaked and no pressure.
The room was very damp upon arrival.
It was a quiet hotel, ample parking. The desk attendent was very friendly.

Good stay for the price of the room.

The property was clean, breakfast was included, and we enjoyed a nice stay. The desk clerk was friendly and suggested a few places close by for a light dinner since the weather was rainy when we checked in.
