Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Annie, who checked us in, was extremely informative and helpful-even checked on us once we were in the room to make sure everything was 100%. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to The Villages!

Great stay with our dog, very pet friendly! Hotel is conveniently located and all of the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good in the morning and checkout was a breeze. Will absolutely stay again.

We were sitting in our pjs and a stranger unlocked our door and came in, apparently they messed up and gave her a key. When I called the front desk she apologized I informed her the fridge was not working either, I was told to unplug plug back in that there was no one on site to look at and if we wanted to put our leftovers and beverages in employee fridge we could! Who wants to have to go back and forth to get something to drink? I asked for a manager and was told one would call back it’s been 6 days since checking out still no call! When I asked if they could have a manager call they girl said it would not be right away they had night audits to do and was snippy. I’m sorry you are in hospitality and should at least give respect to address concerns!
