When I arrived late in the evening, I was told that I didn't have a reservation. Then the hotel offered to book me a room, but I explained that I already had paid Travelocity for the two nights & showed my confirmation number and my receipt. I had to stand at the front desk for an hour while Travelocity talked to the hotel, and the lady at the front desk struggled to get the reservation corrected. She had to call someone to get the reservation complete in the system. Then when I got into a room, it wasn't the room that I paid for - it was a smaller room without a door between the living room and bedroom. I paid for a larger room. By that time, it was after 9PM and I was exhausted, so I stayed in the smaller room.

we always enjoy our stay here when we are at the pool, hot tub, front desk staff friendly, breakfast good, and comfy bed. I was worried about the elevator this visit it was shaking and it sounded like it needed someone to look at it for maintenance. It just made me uncomfortable. It's been our second stay now but I'm not sure if ac outside of the rooms broken or they just like to keep it warm in hallways. That's my only issue this visit.

Very hot hallways. Key didn't work requiring 4 trips to the front desk before a maintenance worker arrived and changed the door locks batteries.
