Sunny villa with two large wooden terraces, a secure pool and a petanque, all surrounded by green space.
The villa is air conditioned.
The villa is located on a fully fenced plot.
It is close to the city center of LĂšge-Cap-Ferret and all its amenities. 5 minutes walk and we find the bakery, the supermarket, the market, the cultural events and festive regular.
The Ocean (beach of Grand Croot) and the Bassin (CLAOUEY or ARES) are about 8 kms (10 min by car). For cyclists, the ocean and the pool are accessible by pleasant bike paths in the pines, it takes about 20 minutes.
You will find all the equipment: sofas for drinks, small appliances and other utensils to make good meals, NESPRESSO coffee machine, INTERNET, TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. washing machine, and so on :).
For the outdoors, take full advantage of the pool and deckchairs to bask in the sun, a garden table to enjoy your meals outdoors. The barbecue (WEBER) is at your disposal to make succulent grills:).
Everything is made to spend very pleasant and unforgettable moments.

TrÚs chouette maison avec piscine, hyper bien équipée, à proximité immédiate des plages et du Bassin

TrĂšs chouette maison lumineuse, hyper propre, spacieuse, hyper bien Ă©quipĂ©e (lave-linge, barbecue, emplacement vĂ©los, piste de pĂ©tanque, deux terrasses, transats, espaces parking, climatisation, etc.) et sĂ©curisĂ©e (portail avec digicode). Literie trĂšs confortable et nombreux placards dans les chambres. Serviettes de toilette fournies et lits faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien orientĂ©e, et avec un portillon trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ© pour les enfants. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir le coin, notamment Ă  vĂ©lo, car proche des plages, restos, commerces. PropriĂ©taires rĂ©actifs et trĂšs sympas. À noter qu'une route assez passante longe le jardin. Pas de souci la nuit, car les fenĂȘtres donnent de l'autre cĂŽtĂ©, sur une rue trĂšs calme. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine, sportive et reposante!

Top Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist super, hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einem schönen Pool. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns groß genug, da wir nur zu dritt waren. Bei voller Belegung mit 6 Personen könnte es etwas eng werden, wenn alle gleichzeitig in den Pool wollen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gastgeber Fabien ist super. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und nah zu den StrĂ€nden. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen

Magnifique maison au bord d’une rue malheureusement trop bruyante

La maison est totalement conforme Ă  l’annonce et aux commentaires (grande, trĂšs propre et fonctionnelle). Les propriĂ©taires gentils et discrets. 1 point noir qui a un peu gĂąchĂ© nos vacances : le bruit de la route trĂšs prĂ©sent toute la journĂ©e. Si vous habitez en ville, louez les yeux fermĂ©s. Si vous vivez au calme, on ne recommande pas.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern) haben in diesem schönen Haus tolle 10 Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, Ă€usserst sauber und bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Haus hat zudem einen grossen Garten und einen Pool, den man abdecken kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Übergabe jeweils unkompliziert! Wir können dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour trÚs agréable !

SĂ©jour de 2 semaines pour une famille de 6 personnes. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, rĂ©cente, moderne avec tout le confort attendu. A l'intĂ©rieur : l'Ă©quipement, la clim, la place, la propretĂ©. Tout est lĂ , il ne manque de rien. Peut-ĂȘtre la fibre (pour assouvir les besoins numĂ©riques de 4 ados) mais qui devrait bientĂŽt arriver. Quelques Ă©lĂ©ments de vaisselle supplĂ©mentaires auraient Ă©tĂ© les bienvenus pour 6 mais pas de quoi gĂącher. A l'extĂ©rieur : la piscine, les transats en nombre, la douche, la double terrasse, l'espace pĂ©tanque/molki, les espaces verts, le barbecue, le garage Ă  vĂ©lo, le parking trĂšs large, le portail. LĂ  aussi, tout est Ă  la hauteur. Quant aux propriĂ©taires : trĂšs agrĂ©ables, discrets et Ă  disposition si besoin. Une dĂ©couverte du bassin d'Arcachon et de ses environs faite dans les meilleures conditions !

Maison au top pour des vacances reposante

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour passĂ© dans cette maison neuve et super bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un sĂ©jour super agrĂ©able (aspirateur, lave vaisselle, placards, transats, serviettes etc...). Si vous voulez regarder la tĂ©lĂ© pensez Ă  prendre un ordinateur ou un smartphone avec une application spĂ©cifique car il y a pas d’antenne. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© avec un enfant de 10 mois et les propriĂ©taires ont fait le nĂ©cessaire pour que nous ayons le matĂ©riel pour le petit (chaise haute et lit parapluie avec matelas). En revanche, pour les parents de petits bĂ©bĂ©s, pensez Ă  prendre des portes bĂ©bĂ© pour les balades ou des poussettes tout terrain. La maison est super bien situĂ© et vous permet de vous rendre assez aisĂ©ment sur bordeaux ou autour du bassin (attention aux bouchons) Bref un super sĂ©jour et merci encore aux proprio pour leurs dispo et leurs rĂ©ponses rapides. Agréable maison récente et fonctionnelle !

SĂ©jour de deux semaines en famille dans cette maison rĂ©cente et fonctionnelle. PropretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, bonne communication avec les propriĂ©taires, disponibles et Ă  la recherche de solutions ! La maison est lumineuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le jardin trĂšs bien entretenu et la piscine agrĂ©able. La situation de la maison permet de rejoindre via une piste cyclable trĂšs jolie la plage du Grand Crohot (Compter 45mn en vĂ©lo en famille), ou bien les plages du bassin. En voiture, l’ocĂ©an est accessible en 10mn mais en Ă©tĂ©, le parking peut ĂȘtre difficile ! La maison permet aussi de sillonner facilement la presqu’üle ou le bassin (Dune du Pyla, Arcachon), en revanche en Ă©tĂ©, pas mal d’embouteillages pour se rendre jusqu’au Cap Ferret. La climatisation de la maison permet de se rafraĂźchir rapidement. Beaucoup d’espaces de rangement sont prĂ©vus. Barbecue Ă  disposition Ă©galement. La maison est situĂ© dans un quartier calme, trĂšs agrĂ©able de ne pas ĂȘtre gĂȘnĂ©s par le voisinage, on s’y sent bien ! Deux petits bĂ©mols nous concernant : - pas de wifi et donc de TV lors de notre sĂ©jour - proximitĂ© de la route, cĂŽtĂ© jardin et piscine, quelques nuisances les jours les plus chargĂ©s (les chambres Ă©tant Ă  l’opposĂ©, aucune gĂȘne nocturne). Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, merci encore pour votre accueil !
